The Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) has launched a new electronic module requiring all employers to complete and declare detailed information for every employee who is currently in an employment relationship.

This process is based on Law No. 08/L-257 on the Administration of Tax Procedures (Article 43, paragraph 5).

Deadline

The obligation must be completed no later than 31 October 2026.

What specific information is required in the form?

  • The employment start and end dates, where applicable.
  • Whether the working schedule is full-time or part-time.
  • Education level, profession and job position.

Professional recommendation

Employers are advised not to leave this process until the final days, so that the information can be checked accurately against the current situation. Employers are also required to update this information in EDI whenever changes occur in the future. For practical guidance, the official TAK guide is available within the EDI window.
